Pam Krop
Ms. Krop is a proven executive with more than 40 years of experience. She has devoted her career to growing companies through mergers and acquisitions, expanding into new markets, both global and domestic, and improving existing processes and has always ensured that growth did not come at the cost of unmanageable risk.
During her career she has worn many hats. While her primary job has always been as attorney/advisor, she has also managed the HR, Compliance and International Sales functions at companies of varying sizes. In each role over the last 20+ years she was also a member of the Sr. Management team and actively involved in substantially all major decisions regarding the companies’ operations and strategic direction. In each of these roles, she was also Corporate Secretary and responsible for Board management.
Pam received her law degree from Stanford Law School and was selected for a clerkship on the DC Federal District Court. She spent her early career in law firm practice before being hired by her biggest client – General Electric – where she progressed through the ranks over the next 15 years. She then became General Counsel at St. Jude Medical, a Fortune 100 medical device company subsequently purchased by Abbott, where she managed 60 lawyers worldwide. Subsequently, Ms. Krop and her family decided to move back to Florida, where she has served in several GC/management positions that enabled her to work more hands-on with smaller fast-growing companies. For 5 years Ms. Krop was Sr. Vice President and General Counsel of Green Roads, developing, manufacturing and selling CBD and other wellness products.
Ms. Krop is married and has 3 daughters and a granddaughter (so far). In her spare time enjoys crossfit, yoga, cycling, adventure travel, reading and other pursuits.
