John has more than 35 years’ experience managing and executing audit, corporate finance and advisory functions. His career began with internal and Big Four audit roles, which led to corporate finance leadership positions with public and private companies in a variety of industries and corporate maturity. With expertise gained through this progression, John spent the last 20 years serving as a trusted advisor to clients including private equity sponsors, executive management teams, boards of directors, corporate ownership and professional services consulting firms.

John has worked with organizations ranging from private start-ups to global publicly traded companies. He also has diverse industry experience, including Health and Wellness where he recently served as Chief Financial Officer to a leading CBD manufacturing and distribution company. His areas of expertise include start-up formation, business plan development, financial planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, technical GAAP accounting positions, SEC reporting and compliance, investor relations, treasury, M&A due diligence and process execution, IPO process management and execution, internal controls and process improvement, ERP implementation support, financial reporting and audit support.
